Our data centers are protected from physical and virtual attacks. They are certified for HIPAA, SOC-2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, CJIS, FERPA and Tier IV compliance, the highest rating. Security patrols are on site 24/7/365. Security cameras monitor the premises and the internal areas. Building access is protected by biometric readers and two-factor authentication.

Your data is encrypted with your password as it is backed up. It is encrypted again during transmission to our secure data centers where it is encrypted a third time so that it is encrypted at rest on our servers. At your option, you can retain an exclusive encryption key to your data. That means that we have zero access to your data.
